We live and maintain our candidate network. We are always curious, want to get to know exciting personalities, listen attentively, know the market, are sparring partners and also like to give advice. If you give us the opportunity to get to know you before you start looking for a specific position, we can act in a targeted and accurate manner.

 

On our careers page you can have a look at positions we are currently working on. However, our focus is on working with you, our network of candidates, so we can contact you directly about an exciting position as not all the positions are always advertised.

If you are a part of our network, we will only approach you for positions that really suits you according to your profile and our exchange. We treat your documents with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. We will only send your dossier or obtain references with your agreement.

We will keep you fully informed and send you regular updates when you are in a recruitment process with us. We will accompany you, advise and brief you before interviews, assessments or trial days and continue to be there for you after your start in the new company.

We welcome all interested candidates, are happy to discuss possible options with you, but we are also open and transparent if we see no chances for a successful cooperation. We are headhunter and consultants and work on behalf of clients and partners. We are happy to support you in word and deed, but we are not an employment agency in the classic sense.
