My professional career began in the hotel industry, where I started working as a hotel manager at the age of 25. During this time I had the fortune to meet and work with Elke. This collaboration not only led to a close professional relationship, but also to a deep friendship between the two of us.<\/p>

In my role at “hearts and brains”, I work as an office and CRM manager. My main tasks include the careful management of candidate data, the precise organization of documents and ensuring a smooth communication between the various touchpoints. I am continuously committed to optimizing our processes and actively support our recruiters in their search for qualified candidates. I also evaluate and implement new tools to help us work more efficiently.<\/p>

Outside of my professional commitments at “hearts and brains”, I focus on my lovely family. As a devoted family person, I value spending time with my loved ones, especially my daughter and my partner. My link to “hearts and brains” is of course rooted in my long-standing friendship with Elke. Not only did we work together in the hotel industry, but later we also started our own business together. Although our professional paths diverged temporarily, we always remained closely connected through our friendship from the very beginning.<\/p>

When Elke made the decision to found “hearts and brains”, I had already started my own little family. In my role at “hearts and brains”, I have found the perfect balance between work and family.
