I am a headhunter, consultant, listener and sparring partner with a clear understanding of innovative and sustainable recruitment and HR as what it truly is: Human Relationship Management.<\/p>

Many years of leadership experience in operational management, strategic consulting and recruitment form the foundation. After more than 20 years of professional experience in hotel management, as a language and rhetoric trainer, in strategic and operational consulting, as the owner of an online shop and as a Senior Consultant in a recruitment consultancy, it was time to take the step into self employment. In recruitment, I found my passion.<\/p>

With \u201chearts and brains\u201d, I place personality, cultural fit and the power of an active, genuine network at the centre. Over the past years, I have invested a great deal of heart and soul into building this network and every day I meet new, impressive personalities, both on the candidate and client side. I like to question the status quo in my business because I believe that, especially in recruitment, it is time for change. Recruiting should, and could, have looked different long ago from the way it still does for most people today.<\/p>

That is why I continuously develop hearts and brains further. With new models such as Profile Matching, the Speed Mandate and Research Services. I believe new forms of collaboration in recruiting are long overdue. Clients and agencies want greater efficiency and transparency in how they work together. And that is exactly what motivates me every day.<\/p>

My added value as a recruitment partner is therefore my established network and, with it, fast and direct access to the right candidates.
