  • Skilled and confident with all tools<\/p><\/li>

  • Highly loyal, dynamic, and with fantastic presence<\/p><\/li>

  • Many years of experience as an Executive\/Personal Assistant<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    An assistant who would be an absolute asset to any executive, any company, any team.<\/h4>

    She\u2019s 50, wears her hair confidently short and grey-white \u2013 not coloured. And by the way: it looks absolutely fantastic<\/strong>!<\/p>

    Last year, she decided to take a new professional path and worked with several recruitment consultants.<\/p>

    And what did two consultants from well-known (!) recruitment firms tell her during the conversation?<\/p>

    \ud83d\udc49 She should dye her hair if she wants to have a chance \u2013 otherwise she\u2019ll look too old.<\/em><\/h2>

    EXCUSE ME?!?<\/strong><\/p>

    So now hair colour determines competence? Or how resilient, flexible, or tech-savvy someone is?<\/p>

    Let\u2019s be honest: that\u2019s not just superficial. It\u2019s disrespectful \u2013 and a form of discrimination, on several levels.
    And really, would anyone ever give such \u201cadvice\u201d to a man?!<\/p>

    Unfortunately, this isn\u2019t an isolated case.<\/p>

    Elke herself is in her mid-fifties, has always worn her hair short and cheeky \u2013 and for a few years now, naturally grey-white.<\/h3>

    \u201cDo I feel old because of it? NO!!!\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>

    Reducing people to their appearance is simply unprofessional \u2013 and frankly, embarrassing.<\/p>

    For us, appearance plays no role. We focus on the person, the story behind the CV, and the mindset.<\/p>

    Neither haircut, nor clothing, nor make-up, nor any other external feature says anything about that!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
