6 years of hearts and brains. Unbelievable!<\/h2>\n

How on earth did that happen so quickly?!?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Today, 6 years ago, I founded my agency hearts and brains AG.<\/p>\n

With a huge amount of courage and confidence, and still a great deal of respect for taking that step.<\/p>\n

Back then, with Nadine Leuenberger by my side, who encouraged me, gave me confidence and supported me in building it up. I am still grateful for that to this day.<\/p>\n\n

I founded my own agency back then because I wanted to work differently.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\"\"More individually.<\/p>\n

More sustainably.<\/p>\n

With a lot of heart.<\/p>\n

With openness.<\/p>\n

And above all: WITH PEOPLE.<\/strong> Not with databases. That is why there are no job ads! Only network.<\/p>\n

And I have stayed true to myself: not a single job ad in 6<\/em> years!<\/strong><\/p>\n

And still (or perhaps exactly because of that?! \ud83d\ude1c) I have built up an incredibly strong, personal and unique network.<\/p>\n

With so many fantastic personalities. With so many enriching encounters. And it keeps growing every single day. Thank you for that!\ud83d\udc9a<\/p>\n\n

Since the end of 2024, hearts and brains has been entirely my “baby”.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

And when I look back, one thing above all comes to mind:<\/p>\n

So many exciting mandates.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So many fantastic matches.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And so many challenges<\/strong> that I was able to grow through (or had to\ud83d\udcaa).<\/p>\n

What I never was in all of this: alone.<\/p>\n\n

My biggest THANK YOU<\/strong> goes to Jocelyne<\/h4>\n

My Office Manager.<\/p>\n

My sparring partner.<\/p>\n

My best friend.<\/p>\n

There from the very beginning.<\/p>\n

Always by my side.<\/p>\n

Always honest and sometimes critical too.<\/p>\n

We are a dream team<\/strong>, and without you, hearts and brains would not be what it is today! \u2763\ufe0f<\/p>\n

A big THANK YOU<\/strong> as well to all candidates, clients and partners<\/strong> for your trust, your openness and your support.<\/p>\n

Sometimes, in the middle of everyday life, I almost forget to consciously celebrate this day properly. But not today! \ud83c\udf89<\/p>\n\n

At 49, I started again. And it was absolutely the right decision.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

I am:<\/p>\n

Grateful.<\/p>\n

Truly proud.<\/p>\n

Happy.<\/p>\n

Fulfilled.<\/p>\n

Still curious.<\/p>\n

And full of anticipation (incl. respect) for everything that is still to come.<\/p>\n
