The new podcast from Miss Moneypenny<\/a> is live, and this time I\u2019m joining the conversation to talk about \u201cRecruiting in the world of Assistants\u201d.<\/h3>

I spoke with Editor-in-Chief Christine Bachmann<\/a> about why this role is still so often underestimated, what the market currently looks like and what really matters in a recruitment process, from both the employer and candidate perspective.<\/h3>

The podcast also touches on questions that others simply do not ask. On mindset, not just \u201cskillset\u201d. On confidence in how you present yourself and in interviews, especially for Assistants.<\/h3>

And one of my favourite quotes, \u201cHire for attitude. You can always teach skills.\u201d, also found its place. Because to me, it is far more than just a saying. It can be the deciding factor in whether a match genuinely works in the long term.<\/h3>
