But that’s exactly what we’re planning to do soon, and we’ll manage it… \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It’s unbelievable that 2023 is already coming to an end… but we are happy, grateful, and now looking forward to a break. Isn’t that how it is for all of us? Just spending time with family and friends, unwinding, and recharging…<\/p>\n

2023 was an exciting year, and a lot happened at hearts and brains:<\/p>\n

In February, our financial expert Matthias joined, bringing with him our new Finance & Controlling department. A significant step for us, and now we can recruit for our clients in three areas with “hearts and brains.”<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For months, we worked on our website, rewriting it repeatedly, changing the designs, and expanding it. We launched a blog, integrated references, a FAQ section, and new photos were, of course, essential. The photo shoot was the fun part… \ud83d\ude02<\/p>\n

With the website relaunch, we also launched our “Profile Matching.” A new service for even more straightforward recruitment when it’s urgent. We’re curious to see how it’s received.<\/p>\n

We want to say THANK YOU. THANK YOU for your trust in us, THANK YOU for another successful year with hearts and brains, THANK YOU to our partners and customers, THANK YOU to our network here, and THANK YOU to our fantastic candidates! In 2024, we will continue to give our best with “hearts” and “brains.” \u2763\ufe0f<\/p>\n
