In the current edition of Personal Schweiz magazine, I had the opportunity to share my thoughts on essential criteria for sustainably successful recruiting. 3\ufe0f\u20e3 The CV is in the Past: We must be more interested in the potential and future viability of applicants. Skills like creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning are crucial.<\/p>

4\ufe0f\u20e3 Cultural Fit is the Key: Being perfect on paper is not enough. The personality and mindset of candidates are equally important for long-term success.<\/p>
