Since last summer, you’ve been part of the hearts and brains team. Tell us, how did you come to join, and what is your role?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Elke reached out to me on LinkedIn a few years ago. We immediately clicked. Elke understood my goals, plans, and mindset right away. She’s the one who has now connected me with a great employer for the second time, and I am now even part of the hearts and brains team myself. I am delighted that we can now grow together, further develop the brand, and share our vision and passion for sustainable recruiting with the world.<\/p>

I am a creative mind with analytical skills, and my passion lies clearly in marketing and communication. Whether it’s telling stories, conveying emotions through images and videos, developing brand strategies, organizing events, or evolving online media \u2013 give me a blank canvas, and I am happy because I love making an impact!<\/p>

I’ve had the opportunity to explore various industries in my career, but the world of recruiting and hearts and brains is a whole different experience \u2013 definitely one with heart and brain. I can benefit a lot from it, as Elke is truly an inspiring boss and a bit of a mentor to me. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Hearts and brains is your job, but who are you outside of your job?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Yes, I can’t deny it, I am very adventurous and always up for new experiences. Whether it’s road trips through the desert, sailing in the Mediterranean, glacier hikes in the Wallis region, or backpacking from Zurich to Geneva on foot, I am up for anything!<\/p>

However, I also enjoy spending a day at home in my beautiful four walls. I am a complete family person and have been a proud dog mom to the little, cheeky Mini Australian Shepherd, Kira, for a year and a half. She brings a lot of joy and excitement to my daily life, and it’s never boring with her. She accompanies me through life and is up for any fun.<\/p>

It’s not that top-secret, but I have a passion for interior design and could spend hours on social media getting inspired by home trends.<\/p>

Like all of us, you’re a foodie \u2013 savory or sweet?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

No need to think twice \u2013 definitely savory and spicy! I am a chili lover. Mediterranean and Asian cuisines are among my favorites. But of course, nothing beats a raclette in good company with a glass of Valais Heida wine.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Spontaneous or planned?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Mostly, I am very spontaneous and always up for an outing and fun. But certain things in life require a plan, and I do enjoy making one occasionally.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Bookworm or movies?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

During vacations, an absolute bookworm \u2013 I can devour one good book after another. In everyday life, I lean more towards movies or mini-series. Recently, I finally subscribed to Netflix and am a big fan of crime or psychological thriller mini-series. \ud83d\ude0a *Laughs and says, “Yes, I too succumbed to the Netflix craze \u2013 even though I resisted for a long time.”<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Sea or mountains?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>

For me, as a “travel bug” it’s impossible to answer that so categorically. I enjoy getting to know new countries and their cultures. The smell of sea breeze and the sound of the waves always evoke a special feeling of calm and relaxation in me. But I am also an enthusiastic wanderer, and in winter, I like to zip down the slopes. Variety is what makes it exciting!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
