Another year older, and it’s incredible how quickly time flies!<\/p>

In these 4 years with hearts and brains, so much has happened, and I couldn’t be more grateful. \ud83e\udd70<\/p>

THANKFUL<\/strong> that I was brave enough to take the leap into entrepreneurship again and believe in my vision with hearts and brains.<\/p>

THANKFUL<\/strong> that I didn’t let myself be discouraged despite resistance and doubts from many sides, successfully running my recruiting business without job advertisements. And as a team, we’ve been proving for over 4 years that recruiting can work differently. I’ve stayed true to myself and have filled so many exciting positions on behalf of clients without posting a single ad, relying only on a fantastic candidate network \ud83d\udc9a and professional active sourcing. \ud83d\udcaf<\/p>

THANKFUL<\/strong> for so many wonderful, exciting, enriching encounters with candidates and clients, with incredibly diverse and fantastic personalities.<\/p>

THANKFUL<\/strong> that I’ve been able to accompany so many candidates on their professional journey and still continue to do so, for the trust, for the many recommendations, and the great feedback we constantly receive. \ud83e\udd70\ud83c\udf89<\/p>
