Our Network: How We Find Talent Without Job Ads<\/strong><\/h4>

I\u2019m often asked how I find candidates without posting job ads. \ud83e\udd14 It wasn\u2019t always like this, but nowadays, we receive applications every week from candidates who are referred to us by friends, family, colleagues, or even employment offices (RAV \ud83d\ude09). Others discover us through LinkedIn or our website. This is fantastic, and I\u2019m really happy that we\u2019re continuously growing our network \ud83c\udf10\ud83d\udd17\ud83e\udde9. At the same time, we actively reach out to candidates on LinkedIn and engage with them to include them in our network. \ud83e\udd1d<\/p>

However, we have to be very consistent when it comes to our areas of focus \ud83c\udfaf. To avoid raising false expectations or hopes on either side, we unfortunately also have to turn down candidates whose profiles don\u2019t align with our fields of expertise\u2014even when they\u2019re incredibly interesting profiles.<\/p>

For me personally, our focus on networking is a key success factor. It takes a lot of effort because we engage with candidates even when we don\u2019t have a suitable mandate at the moment, and we are always available to provide advice and tips for our network. But this “give and take” creates a sustainable and appreciative collaboration.<\/p>

For us, this means we can always approach exciting candidates in our network directly and without complications, offering them job opportunities that match their profiles. What\u2019s great about this is that it works both ways. The more talents join our network and the better we get to know them, the more accurately we can match them with companies and help businesses quickly and successfully fill their positions.<\/p>
