What do pirates, colored laser lights, a mummy, and many colorful balls have in common? They are all part of the Boda Borg Questing in Rümlang. We at hearts and brains took on the challenge and battled our way through the rooms – brains, sweat, and physical effort were required. And was the team event over after that? “No! Of course not!” – but read for yourself! Our Christmas event? A blast! 💥
Team spirit and muscle power 💪 – the adventure at Boda Borg Rümlang 🏴☠️🌴
This is definitely an extraordinary place! Picture this: rooms full of puzzles, challenges, and surprises. We plunged into the adventures and solved the puzzles together. For almost three hours, we used our brains, muscles, and team spirit. And let me tell you: we were awesome! 👏 There was a lot of laughter, some desperate moments (we won’t talk about the pirate puzzles 😅), and a lot of teamwork.
Dinner at Baracca 🫕🍷
After so much action, it was time for dinner. And where? At Baracca in Kloten. All-you-can-eat fondue – we indulged as if there were no tomorrow and discovered the variety of fondues: the fruity tomato version, the fiery peperoncini devil, and our favorite, the Deluxe truffle-champagne fondue. 🧀 The wine flowed, the conversations were profound and funny at the same time. It was as if we had forgotten the world around us. 🥂
The running joke of the evening 😂
Of course, we can’t withhold the running joke of the evening from you. Have you ever noticed that Matthias always says the same sentence in our videos? Matthias with his legendary “No, of course not!” Yes, is it Christmas today? “No, of course not!” Every time, a riot! 😆
Winter wonderland ❄️
When we stepped outside, we were greeted by a snowy landscape. Real winter magic! ❄️ It perfectly rounded off our Christmas event and made it a wonderful experience.
Conclusion?
My second team event since joining hearts and brains and one of the best I’ve ever had! Creating experiences together, solving puzzles hand in hand, and learning to deal with frustration and building each other up when things don’t work out right away – that’s what brings a team together and defines team spirit for me. And let’s be honest, what could be better than delicious food, good wine, and great company that makes you laugh a lot?
