We are not a recruitment agency and we generally work exclusively on behalf of our clients. This means that we are always looking for suitable candidates for our clients’ vacancies, but not vice versa. As part of our network, you have a good chance of being approached for exciting roles that really suit you, as we always search within our network first and fill most positions this way.

We work exclusively in our areas of expertise of Assistance, HR and Payroll, and can therefore only accept profiles into our network that fit into these areas. If you do not work in any of these areas, there is no benefit in working with us, as we will not have any jobs that suit you.
No. We are not a typical recruitment agency and do not send out regular job offers.
However, if we fill a position for a client that matches your profile, we will contact you (usually via email) and ask if you are interested. This can be within a few days or take weeks/months, as we are very selective when “matching”, because it really should be a long-term fit for both sides. This has the advantage for you that your chances of being invited for an interview in a process are very high, as we only work with a few candidates in the mandate process.
In order to assess whether a position is the best fit for you, we ask you a lot of questions about the overall requirements, your experience, ideas, wishes and preferences. Of course, this also includes the salary. Only when we know all of this can we assess whether a position is the right fit for you. This saves us, our customers and ultimately you a lot of time and unnecessary discussions in which it ultimately turns out that the framework conditions do not match.
We will only forward your documents if you have given us your consent to do so. We will discuss the position with you in advance and send you information so that you have a good foundation for your decision. We would NEVER send your application documents without your knowledge and consent.

As a candidate, you will definitely never have any costs when working with us, but you will benefit greatly.
For a complete dossier we need from you :
– CV (German and/or English)
– Working references (from all previous employers if possible)
– Certificates and diplomas
It is best to send us the documents in three separate PDF files.
If you are not directly applying for a specific position, just your CV is sufficient so that we can prepare for the exchange with you. To join our network, we need at least one CV.
If we have a vacancy where your profile might match, we will contact you (usually by email) and send you some information directly. You can take a look at everything and decide whether the role might be of interest to you or not. The next step is then an exchange via Teams or a personal interview where we go into more detail. If you discover a position on our website that interests you, you can of course get in touch with us at any time. Even we sometimes miss something 😉
At any point in the recruitment process, you can decide whether you want to continue or not. We are always transparent with you about how the process is going and would like you to be too.

Our network consists to a large extent of candidates who are not actively looking for a job, but are still open to exciting job offers. We think it’s always a good idea to keep your eyes and ears open on the job market. You make no commitments when you become part of our network. However, you will have the opportunity to be approached for jobs that we are working on for our clients and that are not being advertised anywhere else, as we always look for suitable candidates in our network first. It is helpful if you give us a brief update if your situation changes, if you find a new job yourself or if you want to delete your profile. You can of course do this at any time – a short email will suffice.
We recruit almost entirely on an exclusive client basis and are therefore always looking for suitable candidates for positions with our clients. Whether we have a role that we can offer you depends on what kind of positions we are assigned. It can happen that we have a job option that matches your profile on the first call or just a few days later. But it can also be the case that we don’t have a job that suits you for a long time. You are welcome to actively contact us if your situation changes or if you see a job on our website that you think might fit your profile.

For new roles, we always check whether we already have suitable candidates in our network before we start an external search. If you are part of our network, you benefit from the fact that your profile is always checked first for matches with new vacancies. In addition, we work almost exclusively for our clients, so your chances of success in a process are much better than if you are one of many applicants for an advertised position.
We are also happy to answer general questions about the job market for candidates from our network (standard market salary, CV check, career planning tips, etc.).
We recruit exclusively in three areas of expertise:

Although our focus is clearly on filling permanent roles. We can also help with temporary positions. We have many candidates in our network who would also be open for temporary assignments. We therefore do our best to help here too.
This is always a special challenge. We recommend that you have a look at our profiles in the “Profile Matching” section. Candidates with the label “quickly available” can start immediately or have a one-month notice period. If you can’t find any suitable profiles, you can still contact us. We will then check our network to see if we have a fitting profile. Of course, we have only published a small selection of our network on our website.
We generally work on an exclusive basis for our clients. Here, too, we operate somewhat differently and offer various forms of cooperation, as we are happy to adapt to the needs of our customers. We believe that the foundation for any collaboration is always a commitment from both sides as a base of mutual trust.

We always have fantastic candidates who would like to work with us, many of whom are available immediately, but do not fit into our current recruitment processes. A complex and time-consuming recruitment process is not always possible for the clients either. We have been looking for a way to offer a service that provides benefits for both sides, that is quick and uncomplicated and still meets our quality standards. Our “Profile Matching” with many “quickly available” candidates is a promising and lucrative option, especially for companies that are looking to fill a position immediately, without having to advertise it first.

Our new “Profile Matching” offers companies the opportunity to easily request profiles from us, which we have on our website in anonymized form. We only connect, we do not conduct any further interviews, we do not search, we do not make any further clarifications, we do not coordinate and we do not have any additional administrative work. Therefore, in the event of success, we only charge 50% of the normal fee. From the client’s standpoint, this is a cost-effective way of approaching suitable candidates before embarking on a time-consuming recruitment process. As the search is very often “urgent”, we focus on candidates who are available immediately or within a month.
In the case of an exclusive collaboration, we provide a respective guarantee. This means that in such cases we will fill the position again without any additional costs. We are always committed to long-term cooperations, both with our candidates and our clients. For this reason, we will always work together to find a solution.
We consider a high-quality candidate network to be extremely valuable. The majority of candidates in our network are passive seekers and therefore not active in any other processes, but are open to an exciting new challenge. You can’t reach these candidates by advertising a job. And given that there have been far more vacancies than job seekers since 2022, we believe it is a promising approach to build and maintain a network or talent pipeline. This allows us to contact candidates directly and easily. What’s more, our candidates trust us and enjoy working with us. This can also be seen in our testimonials. When working with us, clients benefit from our network because we can act fast, we have excellent profiles and candidates who cannot be targeted via normal job advertisements.
We get asked that a lot. In fact, we receive applications every week from candidates who have been recommended to us by friends/colleagues/supervisors etc. We are always very pleased! At the same time, candidates also contact us on LinkedIn and find us there. We also regularly approach candidates directly, whether for a specific position or to encourage them to join our network. In addition, we are in daily contact with exciting candidates for our ongoing projects. We also engage with candidates who are not a good match at the moment but who are very valuable for our network.
Of course, for certain positions and under certain circumstances, it makes sense for the company to advertise and recruit the position themselves. We are the ideal partner when:
– HR/recruitment capacities are not sufficient
– you have a smaller company and do not yet have anyone in HR/recruitment
– you are looking for a very complex profile
– the work location may not be ideal
– it is a confidential/concealed search
– there are only a few or too many applications in response to the advertisement, but they are not really suitable

We have a large, unique network of active and passive candidates. Since we know the profiles and requirements of our candidates very well, we can approach suitable candidates specifically and directly. We do not have to place advertisements and wait for applications. In most cases, we can present suitable profiles to our clients within just a few days.
No, unfortunately this is not possible. We place candidates, but cannot bill them via our payroll.

We have our office in the Westhive Tech Cluster in Zug. We can also use the other Westhive locations (Zurich, Basel, etc.) for meetings, interviews and briefings.
We focus on the fields in which we recruit. We do this across all industries and do not have a specific industry focus. Our clients are individuals (entrepreneurs, politicians), family offices, SMEs, international corporations, associations as well as academic institutions and local authorities.
We don’t believe that we add value for our customers by placing an advertisement, waiting for applications and then forwarding them. The client can do that themselves.
Our added value is our unique candidate network, which we are constantly expanding and cultivating, and the exceptional candidate experience that we are continually recognized for. As a result, many candidates come to us via recommendations, find us via LinkedIn or we approach them directly via various channels and platforms to attract them to our network.
We have given this matter much thought. On the one hand, we always want to act as equals, both with our candidates and our clients. But of course we also want a respectful communication. We have come to the conclusion that respect is not based solely on a formal or informal approach, but must be practiced in our interactions with one another and we certainly live by this.
Nevertheless, it also took us some courage, because there will definitely be people who disapprove. But our approach is also based on diversity and inclusion, which is why we have opted for the standardized informal “you” and hope that this is also ok for you.
