  • KV, Dipl. Hôtelière-Restauratrice HF (Lucerne), German/Italian (native), fluent English, very good French proficiency
  • 4 years experience as Executive Assistant in large international structures, prior to that in the upscale hotel industry (incl. HR, assistant roles, event management incl. team & leadership responsibility)
  • Empathic go-getter, organized, eager to learn and with a wide range of interests
  • Open for new challenge in assistance ( 80-100%) with flexibility and responsibility, area central Switzerland incl. Zug and Zurich

  • BA in Intl. Hotel & Tourism Management from a Swiss private institution; full professional English proficiency and fluent German spoken
  • 12 years of international experience as an EA gained in CH & US at large multinationals; strong event, project, travel & logistics management skills
  • Focused; sharp eye for details; passionate; duty-driven yet very empathetic; modest and worldly personality with a special flair for written English (stakeholder corporate communication)
  • Open to a full-time role as C-Level EA or PA ideally in (the greater) Zurich area, immediately available

  • Masters-degree in International Tourism with focus on Economics and Communication,
    Spanish (native), English (proficient), German and Italian (fluent)
  • 7 years of experience as EA/PA on C- and team levels, in international companies in CH and
    abroad. Track record in additional roles related to HR, Marketing and Event Management
