Profile Matching - hearts and brains

Candidate profiles - quick and easy to request

“Profile matching” is a new service that we offer. We always have very exciting profiles in our unique network of candidates, some of which are immediately available, but do not suit any of our current mandates.

We also know that many clients do not always have the time and/or budget for a mandate search.

With “Profile Matching”, we are opening up a new, straightforward and more cost-effective way. And this is how it works:

Step 1

You can conveniently access the candidate profiles yourself and if you are interested in any of them, you can contact us directly from within the profile by email.

Step 2

We contact our candidates and check whether they are also interested.

Step 3

If the answer is positive, we will “connect” you – from there you can immediately start with interviews.

Step 4

If there’s a match, the position can be filled immediately without you having to start a demanding recruitment process.

Step 5

Particularly exciting: candidates marked “quickly available” can start immediately or have a one-month notice period.

Naturally, you can also request several profiles. There will only be a charge if an employment contract is finalized. You can also find more information on this in our FAQ.
