The time has come. We have been “tinkering” with the expansion and improvement of our website for a long time. And with the new website comes a new service: our “profile matching“🌟
We are constantly in conversations with highly qualified talents who don’t quite fit our ongoing mandates. So, we looked for a solution because we wanted to somehow “present” these candidates in the market.
We believe that straightforward and effective networking between talents and companies can make a real difference. It doesn’t always have to be the elaborate recruitment process or the exclusive mandate. It can also be uncomplicated, fast, and direct. So, we introduced “Profile Matching.”
The concept is simple: 🎯
From our network, we regularly feature new top profiles with a brief summary on our website. We focus on talents available quickly or immediately. Companies can view the profiles and inquire directly from the profile via email. We then connect talent and company in case of mutual interest. Both sides can then start discussions directly. We step out immediately; we only “connect.”
This service is not only very uncomplicated but also more cost-effective. If a contract is concluded between the candidate and the company, we charge only a reduced fee, amounting to 50% of our normal placement fee.
Long recruitment processes can be extremely time-consuming and, therefore, expensive. We believe that an external talent pipeline can be very valuable for many and look forward to sharing the first success stories because the first inquiries are already coming in. 😃🚀
