In the current edition of Personal Schweiz magazine, I had the opportunity to share my thoughts on essential criteria for sustainably successful recruiting. The insights from my extensive experience in recruiting and, most importantly, from our successful approach at hearts and brains – recruiting without job advertisements – have been incorporated here.

3️⃣ The CV is in the Past: We must be more interested in the potential and future viability of applicants. Skills like creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning are crucial.
4️⃣ Cultural Fit is the Key: Being perfect on paper is not enough. The personality and mindset of candidates are equally important for long-term success.
