On their behalf, we’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Global HR Business Partner who will play a key role in aligning people strategy with commercial objectives worldwide. This strategic position reports to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and supports the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The role offers the chance to co-create our values, leadership standards, and ways of working, and to embed them deeply into the heart of the commercial teams globally as they build and shape the new company structures.

Tasks

  • Partner closely with the CCO, commercial leadership and local HR-teams, aligning people strategy with business goals
  • Design and lead talent management initiatives including reviews, succession planning, career and leadership development programs and ensure global coordination and exchange between affiliates and HQ
  • Support change management and contribute to translating the emerging company values and leadership standards into meaningful actions across countries and teams
  • Drive initiatives for organizational effectiveness, inclusive teams, employee experience and cultural alignment
  • Ensure consistent implementation of global HR processes, policies and tools and monitor and analyze organizational health metrics

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in a HRBP role, including significant experience supporting commercial/sales functions
  • Proven experience in global talent management projects and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset, excellent interpersonal, intercultural, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English; German and other languages are a plus
