As Executive Assistant, you support the CEO in day-to-day business, handle all organisational and administrative matters, and serve as the key interface between the CEO, the Board of Directors, and internal departments. You take responsibility for company-wide projects, support strategic initiatives, and act as a reliable sparring partner in business-related matters.
We are looking for an agile, business-minded, and communicative assistant professional with a strong sense of priorities, attention to detail, and discretion.

Tasks

  • Proactive support of the CEO in all organisational, administrative, and project-related matters, including full agenda and travel management
  • Planning, coordination, and follow-up of meetings, Executive and Board sessions, including minute-taking
  • Managing and leading projects on behalf of the CEO and contributing to strategic initiatives
  • Supporting internal communications and handling media inquiries
  • Supervising one team member

Qualification and Experience

  • Commercial Federal Diploma with further education in assistance, business administration, digital office management, or communications/PR
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Assistant at management/C-level
  • Excellent command of German, good French and English skills preferred, Italian an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office tools and digital applications
  • Quick comprehension, strong multitasking and organisational skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Passionate assistant with great attention to detail, structured working style, confident presence, and sound business understanding
