In the pivotal role of EA to the CEO, you provide comprehensive, top-level support, streamline processes, anticipate needs, and ensure a seamless daily workflow through exceptional efficiency, strong organizational and communication skills, and numerous assistant superpowers. Entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on mentality are crucial to succeeding in this highly dynamic environment. As a trusted partner, the EA coordinates complex tasks with autonomy and the highest level of professionalism for the CEO.

Tasks

  • Comprehensive and demanding global agenda and travel management, including preparation and follow-up of meetings and conferences, as well as all logistical details and services
  • Managing the inbox, all correspondence, and calls for and on behalf of the CEO
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of information and relationship management with various stakeholders (BoD, board of directors, etc.)
  • Preparing presentations and reports, managing and organizing confidential documents, and supporting strategic projects
  • Acting as an interface with internal contacts and on a global level (strengthening the assistants’ network)

Qualification and Experience

  • Commercial apprenticeship (KV), further education, or a degree (e.g., Business Administration, Digital Office Management, Executive Assistance, or Business Economics), as well as at least 10 years of experience in a support role for C-level executives in multinational corporate structures
  • Fluency in business English at C2 or native level and excellent German skills, as well as a polished style of expression and outstanding target-group-oriented communication skills
  • Mastery of the MS Office Suite and modern business tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
  • Exceptional organizational talent, multitasking and prioritization expertise, quick thinker with attention to detail, composed demeanor, discretion, diplomacy, and high flexibility
