In this exciting role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at the headquarters of a globally operating industrial group, serving as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is well-versed in the challenges of an international corporation and feels confident navigating its complex structures. With strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, discretion, and a proactive, positive mindset, you will enable the CHRO to focus on strategic priorities while supporting the global management of the HR function.

Tasks

  • Extensive agenda, calendar, and travel management, including follow-ups, post-travel processing, and monitoring of deadlines for the CHRO
  • Central hub for information management, acting as a sparring partner on optimization opportunities and key team topics
  • Key interface for internal and external stakeholders, including the BoD, EC, and direct reports
  • Organization and coordination of meetings and events (HRLT, HR Townhalls, General Leadership Meetings, European Forum Meetings, workshops, etc.)
  • Preparation and formatting of presentations and documents, as well as handling of expense reports, invoices, approvals, etc.

Qualification and Experience

  • Commercial Federal Diploma with further training in areas such as Executive Assistance, Digital Office Management, or similar
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives within international corporate environments
  • Fluent in German and English, strong IT affinity, and highly skilled in using digital tools (SAP a plus)
  • Highly organized multitasker with a positive mindset, discreet and reliable problem-solver with a hands-on can-do attitude, flexible and resourceful, always keeping an overview and making things happen
