Our client, the DANNEMANN Group (www.dannemann.com), is a privately held Swiss company that has been successfully operating worldwide with passion and dedication since 1864. With more than 5000 employees, the leading cigarillo manufacturer shares the same goal: “Smiling consumers, loyal to our brands”. As part of a succession plan due to retirement, we are seeking an individual who, in close collaboration with the CPO, will further drive HR innovation, process optimization, and digitalization. The contact person for this role is Elke Rottmann.

Tasks

Responsibility for all payroll and HR administration within the defined scope, including all tasks for year-end closing and audits
Collaboration and support to the Chief People Officer (CPO) in process optimization, digitalization projects, employer branding, and the implementation of new tools and procedures
Contact person for employees and management regarding all salary and social security-related issues
Responsible for optimization, updating, and upgrades for Abacus
Tasks in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, data security, and time management

Qualification and Experience

Education in Payroll (Specialist/Expert) and/or Social Insurance, with continued education
Minimum of 5 years of independent work experience in payroll and HR administration, including year-end closing (knowledge of closing procedures)
Thorough knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance law, strong analytical skills, and consistently solution-oriented
Passion for payroll and HR with a positive can-do attitude, strong service orientation, and high-quality awareness
