HR Manager

Purpose, Perspective and Personality

Our client is the company Ypsomed, whose vision and mission is to simplify self-care with its products in the field of medical technology solutions and thus sustainably improve the quality of life of millions of people worldwide. Ypsomed is growing and so is the HR team. We are looking for a passionate HR professional for an international support area. The contact person for this role is Elke Rottmann.

Tasks

  • Accompanying, consulting and supporting the line and employees in all operational and strategic specialist topics – Partner, driver and initiator in change management
  • Projects in talent management, organizational development and culture management
  • Strategic and conceptual collaboration in the HR team on process optimization, regulations and various other HR topics

Qualification and Experience

  • Commercial apprenticeship, further training as an HR specialist and/or studies with a specialization in HRM/HR management, very good knowledge of German and English
  • At least 5 years of support experience with complete lifecycle in international structures
  • Experience in project management, intercultural skills and strong in target group-oriented communication and support
  • Passion for HR with a lot of creative potential, curiosity, humor, enjoyment of high dynamics with a lot of personal responsibility
