Our client is a global consulting boutique with teams in international locations, including in north-eastern Switzerland. The role of Office Manager is responsible for all matters relating to operations, HR and accounting. We are looking for a versatile individual who is eager to contribute, develop further, and make a significant impact as part of a team. The contact person for this role is Elke Rottmann.

Tasks

  • Complete office management, including all organizational matters
  • Responsibility for all HR issues and accounting (Abacus) in collaboration with the trustee and CFO
  • Responsibility for management reports (create, complete and edit from the system)
  • Project coordination and liaison between the office, clients, and other locations
  • Content and strategic preparation for meetings and conferences

Qualification and Experience

  • Commercial apprenticeship, further education in HR and/or accounting desirable
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in international structures in a versatile role as an Office Manager and/or assistant with additional responsibilities (accounting & HR)
  • Native or fluent English proficiency, German is a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience with Abacus, project management, and/or consulting environment an advantage
