During my professional career to date, I have held various positions in finance and sales. Starting in management consulting at a Big4 law firm, through a management role in accounting in an SME, to regional sales manager in international corporate structures. With my move to Switzerland in 2019, I got to know the new chapter of HR consulting and found my passion in it. Right from my first visit to Zurich, I fell in love with this beautiful city and that hasn’t changed since.
In my free time I am a passionate sportsman. As a former professional soccer player, I was already able to fulfill my childhood dream. Today I am a passionate tennis player, diver and skier.
I already knew Elke from a previous collaboration in a recruitment company. There we quickly realized that we not only harmonized on a human level, but also shared the same values in terms of our work ethic and our passion for the topic of sustainable recruiting and complemented each other very well. We kept in touch and when Elke told me that she wanted to grow further with “hearts & brains” and build up a new business division, I was immediately on fire for this idea and a joint project.
We started interesting conversations and intensive brainstorming and in the fall of 2022 we had our joint plan. I am very happy to be able to pursue my vocation for sustainable recruitment with a lot of heart, commitment and passion as part of the team at “hearts and brains” from 2023.
On our website we have consciously decided against gendering. We see no reason whatsoever to emphasise differences when it is actually about recognising everyone as equal. We see and value everyone as an individual, regardless of gender and for us everyone is equal and equally welcome.
